About Raven
Raven C. Nole is a voice to the body of Christ, a mentor to prophetic women, a developer of leaders, and a strategist to organizations — but her path to this work was not a straight line.
She understands what it feels like to live with an unhealed soul. She knows what it means to feel muzzled in your voice — to sense a God-given purpose while something on the inside works against it. She knows what it is to be gifted and called, yet still searching for the clarity, the wholeness, and the courage to walk in it fully. That tension is not just something she teaches about. It is something she has lived through and come out of with greater clarity, greater conviction, and a deeper understanding of what transformation actually requires.
That personal journey is what drives her work — whether she is mentoring a prophetic woman into her voice and identity, developing a leader into greater capacity, or calling an organization to address what is happening beneath the surface. Raven does not stand before people with theory. She stands with them having done the inner work herself — and that makes all the difference.

Today Raven works at the intersection of prophetic development and leadership — mentoring emerging prophetic women into their identity and calling, while also serving as a strategist, advisor, and coach for faith-driven leaders and organizations ready to do the deeper work. She got her start in counseling and therapy — and while that is no longer her primary focus, it remains the foundation beneath everything she does. Holding a Master's in Counseling Psychology and currently pursuing her Doctorate, she brings uncommon therapeutic depth to a space that often stays on the surface. She believes that giftedness without a healed soul creates internal compromise — and that real Kingdom impact begins within.
Known for her nurturing yet sobering presence, Raven has a way of bringing people into clarity. She is a straight shooter who creates space for transformation — holding both conviction and compassion in the same breath. Whether she is mentoring a prophetic woman into her voice, on a stage calling leaders to a higher standard, or inside a training room working with an organization beneath the surface — her goal is always the same: to help people become whole enough to show up fully — in their ministry, their leadership, their family, and their private life.
She is the founder of Prophetic Arrows™, a mentorship community dedicated to developing emerging prophetic women in ministry and the marketplace, and the author of Becoming A Prophetic Arrow. She is also the host of The Raven Nole Show, a faith-rooted podcast where she brings these conversations to life each week. Through WithinWorks™, she partners with leaders and organizations ready to address what is happening beneath the surface. Alongside her husband, Dr. Kenneth M. Nole, she leads SeekDallas Church. She is a wife and mother of two — and someone who is genuinely living what she teaches.
